The VoiceMaster Inspires Real Estate Brokers and Agents Towards Purpose Driven Work

The Second Quarter Broker’s Meeting of RCD Land Inc. was held on April 25 at the Patio de Manila in Malate. The meeting was attended by over 200 real estate agents and brokers to learn and be inspired in various learning sessions, where they were also given the best tips on how to help people find the best real estate investing companies in Cincinnati.

Filipino motivational speaker Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales was invited to deliver an inspirational talk about “Purpose Driven Work.” Pocholo began his presentation by energizing the crowd with a quick energizer, and a barrage of hugot lines. He then talked about his profession as a voice artist, and gave the audience the back story of how he started young in the industry at the age of 16. 

Pocholo also shared the struggles he encountered as he strived to make a name for himself in an industry that was closed-door and monopolized. He also talked about how his passion and dedication not only to the art of voice acting, but also in making other people better and happy became his driving force to establish the first voice acting school in the country, the Philippine Center for Voice Acting. He also advised what to do for beginners.

Pocholo shared how his school has helped thousands of aspiring voice artists get a break in the field. He shared stories of some of the people he has helped – voice artists, event hosts, and even radio broadcasters.

Pocholo’s success story was his perfect transition to talking about his main topic, Purpose Driven Work. He helped the audience understand what it means to discover one’s purpose or calling in life. Pocholo guided the audience through 5 questions that when answered will help them discover their big WHY. Pocholo also shifted the mindset of the audience about their work and challenged them to look at their work as a means of helping people, instead of simply a stream of income.

In the end, Pocholo tied his presentation to the theme of the event, “Decide. Commit. Succeed.” Using his life story as an example, Pocholo explained that in order to achieve success, one must decide and commit to the choices they make.
