JCI Makati Holds Special Fundraising Screening of “Avengers: Infinity War”

JCI Makati 2018 Board of Directors spearheaded its second “Movie for a Cause” project on April 28, with the special screening of the latest Marvel blockbuster “Avengers: Infinity War.” The screening is a joint project with JCI Makati Princess Urduja. Cinema 7 of Glorietta 4 was filled with JCI Makati members, friends, and family who supported the event.

“Avengers: Infinity War” reunites our favorite superheroes like Iron Man, Thor, and The Hulk to fight the evil Thanos. The despot is on a mission to collect six Infinity Stones and use their powers to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. The Avengers and their allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.

The special screening is meant to raise funds to support JCI Makati’s projects lined up for 2018, which includes youth empowerment programs, charity events, and free workshops and seminars.

Present during the special screening were JCI Makati 2018 Board of Directors, including President Pocholo Gonzales, Treasurer Joey Garcia, Vice President for External Kurt Soliman, and 2017 President Kenneth Tiu.
