Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales took a turn to Tagaytay to speak at the 11th Annual Conference of the Council of Deans and Educators of Business Region 4A, held at Hotel Dominique on March 6, 2015.
About a hundred educators of business and economics courses listened as the VoiceMaster shared his expertise about Generation Z – the young generation that is dominating the schools and classrooms of modern times. He talked about their characteristics, their demographics and what sets them apart from Generation X and Generation Y. He also discussed the effects of modern technology on the behavior of Gen Z’s, and how they could learn best in the classroom.
The VoiceMaster also talked about appreciation for the teacher’s voice, their most important tool in teaching. He introduced the Voice Care for Teachers program, one of his biggest advocacies in supporting the teachers of the country.
