Voice of the Youth Launches Two New Shows in Radyo Inquirer

Voice of the Youth Network continues to inform, inspire, involve and empower the Filipino youth through 2 new radio programs in Radyo Inquirer 990.

On July 18, Saturday, the pilot episode of “Gen Y-Z Radio” aired from 8-10pm. This show is geared towards the youth that are part of Generation Y (those born between 1982 to 1993) and Generation Z (those born between 1994 to 2010) – the students and young
professionals. The show featured segments such as “Word of the Day,” “Hashtag” and “Career Map”. The highlight of the show is its advice segment, “Dear DJ Andrew.” Gen Y-Z Radio is hosted by VOTY members DJ Andrew and DJ Elaine, together with DJ Karla and DJ Denn.

The following evening saw the pilot of “School of Life Radio,” an inspirational, motivational and empowering show for professionals and business owners. Airing every Sunday from 8:30-10pm, School of Life Radio features words of wisdom and discussions that positively impact the different aspects of a person’s life – career, relationships, self-worth and many more. The program also provides guidance on personal development and self-help, like the guests on the pilot episode – Rens Esmeralda and Geri Mondejar of Gryphon International and Edwin Ebreo of Philippine Society for Training and Development.

Listeners may also look forward to inspirational segments like “Status Quote,” “Life Vest” and “Nasaan si Happiness”. It is a perfect way to end a Sunday evening, with a dose of inspiration, motivation, and empowerment to bring with you to your Monday mornings. School of Life Radio is hosted by Youth Media Master Rhyan Malandog and Voice Care Queen Ada Cuaresma, together with VOTY founder, Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales.

Together with Radyo Inquirer, Voice of the Youth continues to provide young broadcasters a venue to contribute to positive social change.
