James Alburger's handwritten message for the VoiceMaster |
James Alburger is one of the most respected and prominent voice acting coaches in United States. He had been a voice artist for more than 20 years and was the recipient of 11 Emmy Awards for his excellence as a sound designer and audio producer for video and film. Alburger's book, "The Art of Voice Acting", is considered as the bible for voice artists who want to further hone their skills.
The VoiceMaster contributed the entry about "The Art of Foreign Language ADR" and Alburger introduced him as the authority in the country along with some of his accolades and initiative.
The book was recently published around the first quarter of 2019. It is not surprising that the VoiceMaster is recognized by foreign veterans in voice acting because he was invited last 2012 in the Voice International Creative Experience in Anaheim, California. He was the only Filipino and Asian panelist in the week-long conference.
