The VoiceMaster Kindled SK Youth Officials' Purpose; Delivered A Heartwarming Talk in Leadership Congress 2019

The VoiceMaster and Filipino motivational speaker Pocholo Gonzales inspired SK Youth officials in the Leadership Congress 2019 in Iba, Zambales. Its a 3-day event spanning October 24-26, 2019. He delivered a talk on the first day of the aforementioned Congress.

Leadership Congress 2019 is with the partnership of Sangguniang Kabataan and DILG, and presented by AIB Training under Ian Barcelona. Its theme is “Strengthened Youth Leaders Towards Excellence and Partnership in Good Governance”. Hon. SK President Jamela Mendoza gave the welcome remarks and Hon. Mayor Joni Villanues-Tugna did the keynotes address.

The VoiceMaster delivered a talk on the first day of the Leadership Congress 2019. He helped this crowd of a young audience to spark their purpose. Whether they already know their purpose or still looking for it, he explained and shared these five important guide questions: "Who am I?", "What do I do?", "Who are the people that need me?", "What do they need from me?", and "How did their life changed because of what I have done?"

One of the attendees, Franz de Jesus from Brgy. Taal, Bocaue Bulacan, shared what he learned from the seminar with the VoiceMaster, "We get to know better kung anong position namin at the same time po, yung paano namin mahandle nang maayos...As a youth po, bini-build pa po namin yun leadership namin and I am grateful po in behalf of SK Taal na nakapag-inculcate po kayo [referring to the VoiceMaster] ng leadership seminar po sa amin."

The SK Youth officials were inspired and motivated by the talk from the VoiceMaster both for their personal goals and for their commitment to serving their respective communities.
