The VoiceMaster Ignites the Passion of 2000 Educators in Nueva Ecija; Delivered An Important Talk About Voice Care and Voice Leadership

It’s not every day that all aspiring and established speakers will be provided the opportunity to be in front of a thousand crowd. The VoiceMaster and Filipino motivational speaker Pocholo Gonzales did it again with the invitation from NEPPESA and NEPPRISAA, private associations of educators from Nueve Ecija. Last October 23, 2019, he taught them the significance of Voice Care and Voice Leadership.

The VoiceMaster meets 2000 attendees comprising of members from Nueva Ecija Private Pre-Elementary and Elementary School Association Inc. (NEPPESA), and Nueva Ecija Private Secondary Scholl Administrators Association (NEPPRISAA) for their 14th Educators’ Congress. These include teachers, principals, school administrators, and staff members from private schools in the Division of Nueva Ecija.

Voice Care is an important concept especially for teachers and school officials who 100% rely on their voices in their everyday profession. They handle different classes with an average of 40-50 students teaching various lessons. Hence, it is a struggle once their voice is not in top condition. The VoiceMaster gave them strategies on how to take care of their voices on a daily basis and not only when it becomes hoarse.

As for Voice Leadership, this is equally significant for any profession so they can always command authority even in their normal speaking voice. Teachers need Voice Leadership to strike the balance of being firm and encouraging their students. For an added learning, the VoiceMaster gave tips about teaching the Gen-Z or the next generation of students after millenials. The Certificate of Recognition was given by Mr. Javier Garde, President of NEPRISSAA, Ms. Rowena M. Castillo, Ph.D, EPS, In-charge of private schools, and Mr. Joshua L. Santiago, President NEPPESA.

Teachers and school officials from different schools grab the chance to have their photo opportunity too with the VoiceMaster. An additional treat for the principals and heads of each school are the free tickets for Lakbay Museo worth P400,000 gifted by Mr. Lance Tan, a Titan partner. Everyone is grateful for this very insightful and learning experience in their 14th Educators’ Congress.
