For this year, their theme is "Leading with Purpose". Ms. Ada Cuaresma, Voice Care Philippines Executive Director, gave an insightful talk about the topic "Super Agent Mode: ON". The discussion focused on the right mindset of a reliable customer service representative.

Afterward, the VoiceMaster delivered a motivational talk anchored on the topic "Purpose-Driven Work". He emphasized the importance of finding one's purpose in life and fulfillment in the workplace. This is also why people with purpose find joy no matter how difficult is their job.
