VoiceMaster Inspired DepEd Employees In Ifugao; Reminded Them The Value Of Purpose

VoiceMaster gave a heartwarming and inspirational talk to the DepEd employees last December 4, 2019, in Ifugao.

The VoiceMaster, Pocholo Gonzales, was invited by the Bureau of Learning Delivery-Teaching and Learning Division of Department of Education as a resource speaker for their Year-End Quality Management Performance Review that happened last December 2-6, 2019 in Banawe Hotel, Ifugao.

For the Day 1 of their week-long event last December 3, 2019, it started with Session 1 about the Year-End Quality Management Performance Review presented by Dr. Rose Villaneza, 2019 OPCRF. It was followed by the Presentation of Program/Project/Activity Accomplishment per Key Stage and Across Grade Level Focal Person. Session 2 is about Finalization of 2020 Program Plans by Dr. Rose Villaneza.

Afterward, Session 3 focused on the NEAP Transformation. Day 1 closed with Session 4 about sharing on professional development activities with Open Educational Resource and Microsoft 365.

For Day 2 of the week-long activities last December 4, 2019, the VoiceMaster with Ms. Ada Cuaresma gave empowering talks for the topics "Purpose Driven Work: Doing What You Love and Loving What You Do" (Session 5) and  "The Art of Voice Acting in Teaching" (Session 6). The VoiceMaster reiterated how teachers and instructors can do more of their noble work if they are rooted in their purpose and passion. He also discussed how voice acting adds color and artistry to the teaching profession.

The Day 3 session for December 5, 2019, was for an educational tour. DepEd employees had meaningful and fun week-long activities. They are more than grateful as well to have the VoiceMaster as their motivational speaker for their event.
