The theme of the leadership summit was "Intensifying Leadership Capabilities For The Education Revolution". The attendees comprised of young elementary students. Even at their young age, they intently listened and were motivated with the lessons, teachings, and insights from the Philippines' only VoiceMaster.

He emphasized the significance of knowing your purpose and passion so they will know the direction where they are heading as they grow up. This is also the determiner of a great leader if they are already aware of who they are and what they can do even at an early age.
