He is also the founder of the Philippine Center for Voice Acting, the first and only voice acting school in the Philippines. In addition to these, he is also the founder and producer of Voice of the Youth Network (VOTY), the largest volunteer Youth Media organization in the Philippines.

 

He has also authored a book, "Gusto Kong Maging Voice Talent," which was published by Psicom Publishing in 2016. The book is the first-ever voice acting book in the Philippines, and it shares Gonzales' 20 years of experience as a voice artist.
