On March 18, 2023, JCI Makati recognized the dedication and contributions of Pocholo De Leon Gonzales and Lance Tan by conferring them with the prestigious JCI Senatorship during its 59th Induction and Turn-Over Ceremony. The event occurred at the Takara Hotel, where the 2023 JCI Makati President, Ken Okuya, was inducted.

Pocholo Gonzales and Lance Tan, Filipino motivational speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, and youth advocates, have significantly contributed to JCI Makati since their respective tenures as presidents. The JCI Senatorship is a lifetime honor granted to a select few who have shown exceptional dedication and service to the organization and its mission.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of 1997 JCI World President, Mr. Crispin Dy, Past President Danny Hernandez, Joey Garcia, and Kurt Soliman, all past JCI Makati presidents.
