On March 18, 2023, JCI Makati recognized the dedication and contributions of Pocholo De Leon Gonzales and Lance Tan by conferring them with the prestigious JCI Senatorship during its 59th Induction and Turn-Over Ceremony. The event occurred at the Takara Hotel, where the 2023 JCI Makati President, Ken Okuya, was inducted.

Pocholo Gonzales and Lance Tan, Filipino motivational speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, and youth advocates, have significantly contributed to JCI Makati since their respective tenures as presidents.
